A major insurance company recently
decided to convert their networks. In preparation for this conversion, it was determined that both
servers and workstations would require hardware upgrades to effectively
utilize this new operating system.
Initially, ITNC began this assignment
as a subcontractor to one of the nation's largest systems integrators.
Based on our responsiveness and excellent service, the hardware
upgrade portion was awarded to ITNC exclusively. Over the next 90
days, we worked closely with our client's staff to upgrade approximately
11,000 workstations nationwide. All services were scheduled and
performed during non-business hours to minimize any disruption of
normal business activity.
By providing teams of qualified technicians
on short notice, ITNC was a significant contributor to the overall
success of this project. In addition, all the upgrades were completed
on schedule and under budget, resulting in several requests
for repeat business from both the client and their system integrator.
