When faced with unmanageable project
demands, one of the world's largest financial service organizations
turned to ITNC for support and temporary staffing. Our self-directed
team of technicians assumed responsibility for the client's Lotus
Notes implementation, freeing the client's staff to focus on their
ongoing network support. This project was so successful that its
initial scope was expanded to include additional departments within
their corporate headquarters.
The high degree of client satisfaction
resulted in additional projects. A second team was brought in to
design, manage and implement sales force automation enhancements.
This project include upgrading existing hardware, changing operating
systems and configuring remote clients, while preserving and restoring
the users data.
These services were provided over
weekends to ensure the sales force productivity was not impacted
during the upgrades.
