Why should I use a recruiter when I could search for resumes myself?

Allowing us to do the searches for you frees up a large chunk of time for your staff to attend to other matters pertinent to your own business. Traditional advertising can be costly and unproductive. Posting critical openings can have a negative impact on a company's reputation. Avoiding these negative consequences will often more than justify using outside resources.

The true benefit of using a firm like ITNC comes from our industry expertise. You receive the support of an entire team of trained professionals who use our network of resources to focus exclusively on your opening. We carefully match a candidate's skills and achievements against your requirements to deliver only the best available candidates. Rather than sorting through hundreds or thousands of unqualified candidates, you receive a handful of viable candidates who are eager to fill your need.

What's the benefit of outsourcing the hiring process?

Whole books can be written on this subject. In a nutshell, firms should consider outsourcing or co-sourcing any service where the internal resources are experiencing difficulty or where an outside source can provide valuable industry expertise. This can result in expanded search capability, industry specific knowledge, controllable costs, minimizing productivity losses due to unfilled openings, improved morale, and a long list of other benefits.

How is ITNC different from other contract placement agencies?

ITNC is focused exclusively on Information Technology. To better serve our clients, our staff is trained on both the latest technology and the changes in employment law. In addition to using all of the databases and search capabilities currently available to other firms, we have developed a unique network of resources. ITNC performs searches designed to identify both active and passive candidates that meet your requirements. Our key differentiator, however, lies in our people. We are committed to a strict code of ethical standards and truly enjoy helping others. This becomes evident to both our clients and candidates alike.

Can you help me hire for overseas?

Unfortunately we do not provide international service at this time. To maintain the quality of our services, ITNC limits our operations to the United States.

How can I start working with ITNC?

What type of information should I give your recruiters?

To work effectively with our recruiters, we require open and candid lines of communications. By providing as much information as possible, you enable our staff to fully understand both the technical requirements of a position and the business impact of each position. Fully understanding your needs empowers a recruiter to effectively screen potential candidates. Our staff can assist you in fully defining these requirements.

What if I'm not fully satisfied with your placements?

All our candidates are fully guaranteed by ITNC. If you find that you are not completely happy with the match we have made, we will find a suitable replacement for him/her or return your fee. To learn more about our performance guarantee, please contact one of our Account Managers at: 888-285-7444 or via email at sales@itnc-usa.com.

We have a Human Resources department - how can you help us?

Human Resource departments are often inundated with resumes and candidates. Unfortunately, these are often unsolicited and unqualified candidates that prove little value to your hiring managers. ITNC can reduce this bottleneck by identifying experienced qualified candidates and limiting the submission to only the best candidates for each position. In addition, few HR departments have the time or resources to seek out the passive candidates who are not actively seeking to change positions. These passive candidates are often the most qualified top performers with other organizations.

What are account managers?

ITNC has dedicated Account Managers who are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our clients. These individuals work closely with our Manager of Recruiting and her staff of Technical Recruiters. The Account Manager provides our clients with a single point of contact to ensure effective communications and follow-up.

Who manages your consultants?

When we place a temporary worker with you, he/she is still an employee of ITNC but it is your company that will instruct the candidate what to do next. If a candidate is placed directly at your firm, you have complete control.

ITNC also provides Project Management where we identify specific deliverables in a Scope of Work statement. Our Project Manager will then provide the day-to-day management of our team of consultants to ensure that the specific deliverables are completed on time and on budget!

Can we hire your consultants?

The "Right to Hire" is often a point of dispute between consulting firms and their clients. ITNC incurs significant costs in identifying and hiring our technical consultants. If a client wishes to hire one of our consultants and the consultant wishes to accept a client's offer, we do not wish to stand in the way. ITNC will negotiate the terms and conditions for each engagement in advance. These agreements often include a "Right to Hire" clause that clearly defines any applicable fees on a case-by-case basis.

How often do you invoice for consultants?

Billing can be customized to meet a clients needs. Typically, ITNC bills for consulting services on a weekly basis but for clients with prompt payment histories, Bi-weekly or monthly billing may be arranged.

Can ITNC help me decide on the skills required for a position?

This is one of the key benefits we provide. Our exposure to multiple organizations can assist our clients in defining the technical requirements and determining the targeted compensation for various positions. We place our industry expertise at our client's disposal and welcome the opportunity to assist.

Should I promote my opening as strictly contract or temp-to-perm?

The answer to this question depends on the likelihood of a permanent position arising. This is another case of honesty being the best policy. If there is a real chance for a permanent position evolving from a temporary assignment, by all means make this a "Temp-to-perm" position. Candidates who are only interested in contract work tend to avoid these positions and you will receive a consultant who has expressed an interest in full time employment with your firm. ITNC will not indicate a position as a potential "Temp-to-perm" unless there is a true opportunity for a successful candidate to be offered a permanent position.
