What type of positions/client companies do you recruit for?

We recruit for our clients' technical openings. Client industries range from telecommunication firms and solutions providers to insurance companies and law firms. We deal with large Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses.

What geographic area is your focus?

We don't have a specific geographic focal point; our clients are located all over the country and we recruit for all these locations. Be sure to check our joblistings regularly to see what openings we have in your area.

Who pays your placement fees?

All our fees are paid by our clients. We never charge candidates to be placed in a position.

Why shouldn't I put my resume in an online resume bank?

Online resume banks deal in bulk. By submitting your resume, it can easily get lost in a sea of thousands. Also, you sacrifice your anonymity; viewers can see your name. That means your employer can find out that you are playing the field and checking out other options.

Can you assure confidentiality?

IT Network Consultants assures candidates that all resumes will be held confidentially. Your resume will be submitted to clients only after you grant approval.

What will happen to my resume once submitted?

Your resume will be read by a member of our recruiting team. He/She will go over your qualifications to see if you are an ideal match for current openings. We will consider you for the specific position you requested as well as all other openings. By placing your information into our candidate database, we can easily match up your requirements to our clients to ensure a perfect match.

Should I fax, e-mail, or mail my resume?

Our recruiters prefer that you submit resumes via e-mail. You can include a resume either as an attachment, in a Word document format, or cut-and-paste it into the body of an e-mail message. If you are applying for a specific position, be sure to include the title of the position and job number in your e-mail.

Where should I send my resume to?

E-mail your resume to our recruiters at: recruiter@itnc-usa.com

Do I need to re-send my resume if I see other positions of interest?

No. Once you have submitted a resume, we consider you for all positions for which you are qualified. You can send a follow-up e-mail or call one of our recruiters to express interest in another specific position, but there is no need to re-submit your resume.

Should I re-submit my resume if there is a change in the information on it?

If there is something you would like to add to a recently submitted resume, you can simply notify our recruiters via e-mail to update your record. Our recruiters will ask you to re-submit your resume if they need the updates version.

Should I tell ITNC if I am interviewing elsewhere?

We do not insist that you to tell us of your other interview opportunities, but greatly appreciate being kept updated on your current status. Your cooperation allows us to work more efficiently.

What gives ITNC the advantage over other recruiting firms?

ITNC is a female owned small business. Our staff is committed to a strict code of ethical standards. We maintain honest and candid communications with clients and candidates alike. Our diverse staff of placement professionals are truly concerned about the candidates the work with and it has earned ITNC and outstanding reputation.

I'm happy in my current position. Why should I talk to your recruiters?

We believe that the key to get ahead in today's marketplace is to remain aware of the opportunities that are out there. Contentment should not stop you from looking to see what other possibilities are out there. Should you one day decide you are no longer content, looking for a new position won't seem such a foreign action. You'll know right where to go.

Do you assist with relocation costs?

At this time, ITNC does not offer relocation financial assistance. However, many of our clients will consider relocation assistance for their permanent senior-level positions.

I'm interested in working on your team. Are there any internal openings?

We are frequently looking to expand our internal team. To view our current openings, click here.

Do you offer entry level positions?

Most of our positions are not entry-level; our clients often require a few years experience as well as a college degree in a relevant field. However, we do frequently have opportunities for less experienced candidates to work on various project teams. This affords recent trainees the opportunity to gain valuable hands on experience.

I just graduated from college.
Can you help me start my career?

While most of our clients seek candidates with some degree of experience, we do receive positions that recent grads could still qualify for. If you see a position that you truly believe you are qualified for, submit your resume and explain briefly in your email message why you are a perfect fit for this position.
