Position Title: Windows Support Specialist
Location: Brooklyn, New York

Job Description:
A NYC agency is searching for a MS Windows Support Specialist who will install MS software in an XP environment.  The Specialist will also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware issues.

Skills Required :                
Candidates must have experience with the following:

• 2 years of experience installing MS software, replacing peripheral devices, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
• 2 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• 2 years of experience with all Windows OS up to and including XP
• 2 years of applied understanding of microcomputers, related equipment including state-of-the-art and aging hardware
• Excellent English language written and verbal communications are a must!

Skills Preferred:       
The following skills are desired, but not mandatory:

• Ability to troubleshoot desktop connectivity issues in LAN/WAN
• Install or replace peripheral devices, which includes printers and scanners
