Position Title: MS Office Specialist

Location: Brooklyn, New York

Job Description:
A NYC agency is searching for data collection and spreadsheet specialist for a long-term contract.  The Specialist will also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware issues.

Skills Required :                
Candidates must have experience with the following:

  • 2 years of experience with all Windows OS
  • 2 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) especially building and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Must be able to troubleshoot hardware issues
  • Excellent English language written and verbal communications are a must!

Skills Preferred:       
The following skills are desired, but not mandatory:

  • Ability to troubleshoot desktop connectivity issues in LAN/WAN
  • Install or replace peripheral devices, which includes printers and scanners
