Position Title: Software Development Manager
Location: Cambridge, MA

Job Description:
The Software Development Manager leads a team of software engineers responsible for the development and support of our trading partner and infrastructure platforms. Works with other members of the delivery team and is responsible for developing work plans, establishing technical objectives, assigning tasks and managing groups/teams. Maintains and drives technical milestones, and coordinates activities with other groups, including Quality Assurance, Performance/Scalability, Documentation and Project Management. Provides guidance to employees doing software development, and is responsible for employee career development.  

Skills Required:

• Previous experience managing teams of software engineers

• MS Project / Power Point skills

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle

• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills required
