Position Title: Project Analysts
Location: Cambridge, MA

Job Description:
The Project Analyst is responsible for implementing applications within a pre-defined work plan and rapid delivery methodology. The Project Analyst:

• Directs customer interaction in order to assist with rapid, prototype-based, requirement gathering. The Project Analyst must be able to quickly assimilate a customer's business model and review a customer's data model and database schemas to facilitate the design of business transaction sets.
  
• Writes detailed functional specifications, for use by both technical and non-technical readers, that describe business transaction functionality, browser-based end-user interfaces, data integration, business-rule processing logic and data communication implementation.
• Works closely with software developers and should be capable of reviewing, at a high level, SQL code with an emphasis on table joins and selection logic as they relate to the business transaction sets being implemented.   

Skills Required:

• The position requires a BS in a technical or business discipline and a minimum of two years' experience directly supporting the implementation of business-critical software applications and systems.
• Candidates should have experience working with customers in rapid-based customer requirement gathering techniques and methods.
• Some programming/systems experience, including SQL-based query construction and database schema proficiency is preferred.
