Position Title: Software Engineer
Location: Cambridge, MA

Job Description:
A nationwide healthcare communication provider is searching for multiple Software Engineers who will be responsible for the design, development and installation of software components.  These components will facilitate real-time transactions between their customers and their partners.  They will be responsible for the following:

• Working with business analysts to develop milestones
• Designing and developing software according to best practices established by the engineering group
• Assisting the performance group in application tuning
• Assisting the QA with troubleshooting and repairing defects
• Assisting with the release activities

Skills Required:
Candidates must have experience with the following:

• OO design, COM, SQL server, XML, Java or C++
• 4 or more years of experience in server product environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Team player who is proactive, self-motivated and works well under pressure
• Excellent oral, written, analytical and customer service skills

Education:                  
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
